通过文献调查法和分析法对“编辑创新意识”的研究现状进行分析。结果表明，现有成果内容较为丰富，涉及编辑创新意识的概念、构成或内容，以及培育编辑创新意识的意义、途径等，但研究中存在着概念表述规范性、准确性不够，宽化、窄化甚至偷换概念，论述不够全面、泛泛而论，缺乏操作性强且切实可行的培育措施，且研究方法单一。
통과문헌조사법화분석법대“편집창신의식”적연구현상진행분석。결과표명，현유성과내용교위봉부，섭급편집창신의식적개념、구성혹내용，이급배육편집창신의식적의의、도경등，단연구중존재착개념표술규범성、준학성불구，관화、착화심지투환개념，논술불구전면、범범이론，결핍조작성강차절실가행적배육조시，차연구방법단일。
By the way of literature review,the editors’innovation consciousness was researched.The results showed the present research are rich in content,concerning not only the concept,constitution and content of editors’innovation consciousness,but also the significance and means of cultivating their inno—vation consciousness.On the other hand,there are also problems.The definition about innovation con—sciousness lacks standardization and accuracy,either too general or too narrow with stealing of concepts;the discussion is not comprehensive;it needs not only feasible and practicable cultivation measures but also various research methods.
