以α—乙酰基环丙基乙酰芳胺、盐酸羟胺为原料,通过亲核取代反应合成了1—环丙基—N—苯基酰胺肟,在脱水剂PPh3/CBr4作用下,使用“一锅法”合成了具有专一结构的2—甲基—1—溴乙基—5—芳胺基异噁唑,并对该产物进行了1 H NMR和13 C NMR表征。
以α—乙酰基環丙基乙酰芳胺、鹽痠羥胺為原料,通過親覈取代反應閤成瞭1—環丙基—N—苯基酰胺肟,在脫水劑PPh3/CBr4作用下,使用“一鍋法”閤成瞭具有專一結構的2—甲基—1—溴乙基—5—芳胺基異噁唑,併對該產物進行瞭1 H NMR和13 C NMR錶徵。

1—cyclopropyl—N—phenyl amide oxime was synthesized from a—acetyl cyclopropyl acetanilide and hydroxylamine hydrochloride by nucleophilic substitution.2—methyl—1—ethyl—5—arylamino isoxazole was obtained from 1—cyclopropyl—N—phenyl amide oxime by one pot method under the dehydrating agent.The structures of the products were characterized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.
