针对传统热催化瓦斯检测技术和光纤传感瓦斯检测技术的不足,提出了一种新的瓦斯气体检测方案。根据双波长双光路DFB LD光谱吸收原理,采用 Siemens PLC控制技术,设计了瓦斯气体传感器和瓦斯气体检测系统。实验结果表明,该系统拓宽了检测范围,具有精度高、稳定性好、寿命长等特点,并能消除光路干扰和光源输出功率不稳定等因素。
針對傳統熱催化瓦斯檢測技術和光纖傳感瓦斯檢測技術的不足,提齣瞭一種新的瓦斯氣體檢測方案。根據雙波長雙光路DFB LD光譜吸收原理,採用 Siemens PLC控製技術,設計瞭瓦斯氣體傳感器和瓦斯氣體檢測繫統。實驗結果錶明,該繫統拓寬瞭檢測範圍,具有精度高、穩定性好、壽命長等特點,併能消除光路榦擾和光源輸齣功率不穩定等因素。

To overcome the defects of gas detection technologies using the traditional thermo—catalytic and optical—fiber sensor,a new detection method is proposed in this paper.Based on double wavelength double light path spectral absorption principle of DFB LD,with the Siemens PLC control technique,the gas sensor system for high sensitivity methane detection is designed.The experimental results show that this system not only can broaden the detection range,but also has the the advantages of high accuracy,good stability and long life.In addition,the optical path interference and light output power instability will be eliminated by this system.
