为了研究缺铁对粳稻光合特性的影响,以武育粳、9516、Kitaake、镇稻8号为实验材料,缺铁后,测定水稻幼苗的叶绿素,根冠比及光合特性相关指标。结果表明,缺铁处理后水稻叶绿素,光合速率,蒸腾速率,气孔导度均比对照组低,根冠比和胞间CO2浓度高于对照,表明缺铁影响了粳稻的叶绿素合成,导致粳稻的光合速率降低,干物质积累变少,根冠比升高。铁是水稻生长的必需元素,本实验为水稻的铁素利用以及生产上的应用提供一定的科学依据。

위료연구결철대갱도광합특성적영향,이무육갱、9516、Kitaake、진도8호위실험재료,결철후,측정수도유묘적협록소,근관비급광합특성상관지표。결과표명,결철처리후수도협록소,광합속솔,증등속솔,기공도도균비대조조저,근관비화포간CO2농도고우대조,표명결철영향료갱도적협록소합성,도치갱도적광합속솔강저,간물질적루변소,근관비승고。철시수도생장적필수원소,본실험위수도적철소이용이급생산상적응용제공일정적과학의거。
With Wuyujing, 9516, Kitaake, Zhendao 8 as test materials, the effects of iron deficiency on the chlo-rophyll content, the root-shoot ratio, the photosynthetic rate ( Pn) , stomatal conductance ( Gs) , intercellular CO2 ( Ci) and transpiration rate ( E) were measured in this paper. The results showed that the chlorophyll content, Pn, Gs and E in rice decreased significantly along with iron deficiency. However, both the root-shoot ratio and Ci of rice seedling increased. Therefore, iron deficiency has some effects on chlorophyll biosynthesis. Iron is one of the necessary nutrients for rice growth. This experiment would provide theoretic basis and technical approaches for iron use.
