目的：建立冬虫夏草口服液微生物限度检查方法，并对方法进行验证。方法采用常规法，通过大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念球菌、黑曲霉5种阳性菌回收率试验进行细菌、霉菌和酵母菌计数方法的验证，同时对控制菌检查方法进行验证。结果采用常规法计数细菌、霉菌及酵母菌时，各试验菌回收率在70％以上；控制菌检查中，各阳性试验菌均检出，阴性对照无菌生长。结论可以采用常规法进行冬虫夏草口服液的微生物限度检查。
목적：건입동충하초구복액미생물한도검사방법，병대방법진행험증。방법채용상규법，통과대장애희균、금황색포도구균、고초아포간균、백색념구균、흑곡매5충양성균회수솔시험진행세균、매균화효모균계수방법적험증，동시대공제균검사방법진행험증。결과채용상규법계수세균、매균급효모균시，각시험균회수솔재70％이상；공제균검사중，각양성시험균균검출，음성대조무균생장。결론가이채용상규법진행동충하초구복액적미생물한도검사。
Objective To establish a method of microbial limit test for Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid and to verify the validity of the testing method .Methods Conventional methods were used to verify the counting methods for microbial , fungus and yeast counts through the measurement of the recovery rates of 5 positive bacteria in the Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid.At the same time, the detection method for the control bacteria in the Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid was also verified .Results When conventional detection methods were used, the recovery rates of various bacteria were over 70%.In the detection of the control bacteria , positive test bacteria were all detected, while no bacterial growth was detected in the control .Conclusion Conventional methods could be used for the detection of microbial limit in the Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid.
