根据相图分析,采用刚玉﹑α-Al2 O3微粉﹑尖晶石﹑电熔镁砂等为主要原料,并针对不烧的无碳铝镁尖晶石砖采用溶胶和卤水复合结合剂,通过加入不同量的尖晶石细粉﹑电熔镁砂﹑化工氧化镁﹑α-Al2 O3微粉﹑Cr2 O3细粉和SiO2微粉,观察对无碳铝镁尖晶石砖性能的影响。
根據相圖分析,採用剛玉﹑α-Al2 O3微粉﹑尖晶石﹑電鎔鎂砂等為主要原料,併針對不燒的無碳鋁鎂尖晶石磚採用溶膠和滷水複閤結閤劑,通過加入不同量的尖晶石細粉﹑電鎔鎂砂﹑化工氧化鎂﹑α-Al2 O3微粉﹑Cr2 O3細粉和SiO2微粉,觀察對無碳鋁鎂尖晶石磚性能的影響。
근거상도분석,채용강옥﹑α-Al2 O3미분﹑첨정석﹑전용미사등위주요원료,병침대불소적무탄려미첨정석전채용용효화서수복합결합제,통과가입불동량적첨정석세분﹑전용미사﹑화공양화미﹑α-Al2 O3미분﹑Cr2 O3세분화SiO2미분,관찰대무탄려미첨정석전성능적영향。
By analysing phase diagram,the raw matericals,such as corundum,α-Al2 O3 micro pow-der,spinel and fused magnesia and sol or/and brine composite binder for unburned carbon-free alumina-magnesia spinel brick were determined in this paper. The effects of different amounts of spi-nel powder,fused magnesia,chemical magnesia,α-Al2 O3 micro powder,Cr2 O3 fine powder and SiO2 micro powder on performance of carbon-free alumina-magnesia spinel brick were observed.
