随着公务车数量的激增，车辆管理已成为各企事业单位一项重要而繁琐的事务。介绍了一个基于网页（ B／S）和移动终端（iphone）两种服务模式的GPS车辆监控管理系统，重点描述了该系统的总体架构和主要功能模块，探讨了系统所采用的关键技术。目前该系统已正式投入运行，并取得了比较好的效果，实现了对公务车辆或车队的实时监控和高效管理。

With the increasing of the car population ,vehicle management has been an important and complicated task to enterprises.In this paper,a vehicle monitoring and management system is proposed ,which is designed on B/S and iphone. Then the overall framework of the system and its functional components are described in details ,including key technologies .At present,the system has been put into operation effectively ,which could monitor and manage vehicle in real-time.
