Fire-retardant putty%GC-MS%Surface ships
目的:评价TF-90型阻燃腻子是否适用于水面舰艇。方法以国军标舰船用非金属材料毒性评价规程和水面舰艇舱室空气容许浓度标准为依据,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪和气相色谱等仪器,对TF-90型阻燃腻子的常温(45℃)释放物和高温(高于700℃)热解物的成分进行定性和定量分析;采用动物( ICR种小白鼠)急性吸入试验检测该材料的高温热解物毒性。结果 TF-90型阻燃腻子常温释放物有10种,分别是二氧化碳、一氧化碳、总烃、二甲苯、乙苯、乙醇、甲醛、乙醛、丙酮、二硫化碳;主要高温热解物有5类26种。封箱期间各项气体组分浓度均未超过水面舰艇舱室空气容许浓度标准;高温热解物动物急性吸入半致死浓度为153.75 g/m3,属于低等毒性材料。结论在与试验条件一致的情况下,该材料可用于水面舰艇。

Objective To evaluate whether TF-90 fire-retardant putty could be applied onboard surface ships .Methods Based on the specifications for toxicity assessment of nonmetal materials onboard ships and the permissible concentration of air compo -nents for naval surface ship cabins , qualitative and quantitative analyses of the substances released from TF-90 fire-retardant putty at room temperature (45℃) and decomposed products of the material at high temperature (over 700℃)were made by using GC-MS and GC techniques .ICR mice were used to perform acute inhale tests and detect the toxicity of decomposed products of the material at high temperature.Results There were 10 kinds of air components released at room temperature , i.e.carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, to-tal hydrocarbon , dimethylbenzene , ethylbenzene , ethylalcohol , methylaldehyde , acetaldehyde , acetone and carbon disulfide , and there were 26 kinds of decomposed products released from TF-90 fire-retardant putty at high temperature .During the time when the material was sealed in the box , the concentration of released products at room temperature did not exceed the permissible concentrations of air components in the cabins of surface ships .And the median lethal concentration of this material was 153.75 g/m3 , which was of low tox-icity material.Conclusion The material could be used onboard surface ships , if ship environmental conditions are identical to those testing conditions .
