目的：探索海上远航途中呼吸道传染病的诊治、预防及管理措施，做好海上发生呼吸道传染病的防治，确保呼吸道传染病在舰艇的特殊环境下能有效预防、救治和控制。方法根据远航时伤病员后送难和海上呼吸道传染病的防治特点，采取防控与救治结合的方法，加强防病宣传工作，从源头上做起，严格控制传染源、切断传播途径，有效地控制病情和疫情。结果总结出了远航时呼吸道传染病的防治特点和呼吸道传染病防治及管理的具体方法。（1）抓教育，不断强化广大官兵的卫生防病意识；（2）抓源头，针对患者所在舰艇，做好防疫情扩散工作；（3）抓重点环节，重点把控好上舰关，控制传染源和切断传播途径，确保呼吸道传染病不发生流行；（4）抓培训，加强对医护人员预防医学专业培训，提高海上卫勤保障能力。结论针对舰艇部队的特殊性和远航途中病员后送难的特点，总结出行之有效的远航途中呼吸道传染病防治及管理的具体做法，对海上呼吸道传染病的防治和病源管理具有积极作用。
목적：탐색해상원항도중호흡도전염병적진치、예방급관리조시，주호해상발생호흡도전염병적방치，학보호흡도전염병재함정적특수배경하능유효예방、구치화공제。방법근거원항시상병원후송난화해상호흡도전염병적방치특점，채취방공여구치결합적방법，가강방병선전공작，종원두상주기，엄격공제전염원、절단전파도경，유효지공제병정화역정。결과총결출료원항시호흡도전염병적방치특점화호흡도전염병방치급관리적구체방법。（1）조교육，불단강화엄대관병적위생방병의식；（2）조원두，침대환자소재함정，주호방역정확산공작；（3）조중점배절，중점파공호상함관，공제전염원화절단전파도경，학보호흡도전염병불발생류행；（4）조배훈，가강대의호인원예방의학전업배훈，제고해상위근보장능력。결론침대함정부대적특수성화원항도중병원후송난적특점，총결출행지유효적원항도중호흡도전염병방치급관리적구체주법，대해상호흡도전염병적방치화병원관리구유적겁작용。
Objective To explore measures for the prevention , treatment and management of respiratory infectious diseases during prolonged deployment at sea , so to adopt effective measures for potential breakout of respiratory infectious diseases , and ensure that better results could be achieved in the prevention , treatment and control of respiratory infectious diseases in the special environment onboard the ship .Methods In the light of the difficulties encountered in the evacuation of casualties and the features displayed in the prevention and treatment of respiratory infections diseases , a comprehensive method of prevention combined with treatment should be a-dopted.At the same time, propaganda work should be done for the prevention of diseases , and fundamental work should also be done to curb the source of infection , cut off routes of transmission and control effectively the seriousness of illness and the epidemic situation . Results Features for the prevention and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases were summarized and methods for the prevention , treatment and management of respiratory infectious diseases during prolonged deployment at sea were proposed .(1) Efforts were made in education , so as to further strengthen the awareness of disease prevention among the ship crew .( 2 ) Attention should be paid to the sources of disease, so as to prevent the spread of disease onboard the ship , where the patient worked.(3)Main efforts should be devoted to key links, such as the link to enforce tight control over onboard personnel , the link to control the source of infection and transmis-sion, so as that prevalence of respiratory infectious diseases could be prevented .( 4 ) Efforts should also be in training , in order that training of preventive medicine among medical personnel could be strengthened , and medical support capability at sea could substantial-ly be improved.Conclusion In view of the specificity of the afloat units and the difficulty encountered in the evacuation of casualties during prolonged deployment at sea , effective methods for the prevention , treatment and control of respiratory infectious diseases during prolonged deployment at sea were summarized , thus positive effects on the regulatory management of respiratory infectious diseases were achieved onboard the ship .
