某型航空发动机为我国第三代战机主要动力装置,在试车后检查时发现,该发动机轴承保持架兜孔横梁存在异常磨损的偏磨现象。为摸清故障原因,对其尺寸按新品出厂标准进行了再次测量,找出了异常磨损是由于加工时拉刀刃口相邻面垂直度不合格,导致兜孔横梁与端面垂直度偏大引起了异常磨损。

A certain type of aeroengine is the main power plant of the third-generation fighter in China.Through commissio-ning inspection, we find that the beams of engine bearing retainer were abrased abnormally.In order to find out the causes of the malfunction, its size was measured again according to the factory standards, and finally it is found that the abnormal abra-sion is due to the larger perpendicularity of the beam and the end face which is caused by disqualification of the perpendicular-ity between blade adjacent faces in the pulling process.
