针对现有的链条并车驱动钻机,驱动泥浆泵时,转速调节范围窄,不能满足不同井深时,对泥浆排量的需求,更换缸套耗用时间长,效率低等问题,设计研制了新型链条并车多档控制传动装置。该装置采用链条传动,将4台柴油机动力机组通过摘挂离合器和换挡拨叉,驱动泥浆泵工作,控制输出不同排量的泥浆,同时,为了提高柴油机的功率利用率,适时开启节能发电机,合理分配功率。通过链条并车箱内部的换挡机构实现了不同排量泥浆的连续输出,节省了更换泥浆泵缸套的时间,结构简单紧凑,具有很好的适应性。

Aiming at problems of the existing rig which drove by compound chain, such as its narrow range of speed adjusting cannot meet the demand for mud displacement of the different well depth when it drives the mud pump, taking toomuch time to replace the cylinder liner, and with low working efficiency, this paper designs a new type of compound chain device with multiple gear.Adopting chain transmission, the device uses four diesel engine units to drive the mud pump through the clutch rolling off and shift fork, and control the output mud of different displacement.At the same time, in order to improve the pow-er efficiency of diesel engine, we can open energy generators timely to reasonably distribute the power.Its main advantage is that it can output mud continuouslywith different displacement throng the internal shift mechanism of compound chain, and save the time of replacing the cylinder liner of mud pump.Its structure is simple and compact, so it has very good adaptabili -ty.
