镍基合金渐变曲率风口法兰产品形状特殊、尺寸较大、材料拉深困难。在冲压成型加工过程中,通过物理气相沉积( PVD)技术对模具材料实施表面改性处理,拉伸、翻边成型过程中精确控制压边力,以及成型过程中对半成品进行消除应力的处理,从而实现产品精密成型,确保产品外观、尺寸精度及形位公差的要求。
鎳基閤金漸變麯率風口法蘭產品形狀特殊、呎吋較大、材料拉深睏難。在遲壓成型加工過程中,通過物理氣相沉積( PVD)技術對模具材料實施錶麵改性處理,拉伸、翻邊成型過程中精確控製壓邊力,以及成型過程中對半成品進行消除應力的處理,從而實現產品精密成型,確保產品外觀、呎吋精度及形位公差的要求。

Product of Ni-based alloy gradient curvature air inlet flange is difficult to deep stretching processing due to its spe-cial shape and large size.In stamping forming process, physical vapor deposition ( PVD) technique is used in die material surface modification, pressure-pad-force is controlled accurately during process of deep stretching and flanging forming, and stress relief treatment is required on semi-finished product during the forming process.Thus precise forming of product is real-ized, so the appearance of product, the size precision and the geometric tolerance are guaranteed to meet requirements.
