根据单环路脉动热管的结构特点及传热特性,建立了考虑热管内气液两相流动、传热传质和相变的数理模型。选取乙醇和纯水为工质,采用Vof方法对脉动热管进行数值模拟,研究了热管运行过程的气液相变。结果显示,脉动热管性能与气化潜热有关,工质气化潜热低的脉动热管更容易启动。

According to the structural characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of single-loop oscillating heat pipe, a comprehensive mathematical model with consideration of gas-liquid two-phase flow, heat and mass transfer, phase change in the oscillating heat pipe is established.Selecting ethanol and water as the working fluid, and numerical simulating the oscilla-ting heat pipe by using Vof method, the gas-liquid phase change in the running process of oscillating heat pipe is studied.The results show that the heat transfer performance is related to the latent heat of vaporization, and the OHP with low latent heat of vaporization is easier to be started.
