径向工作游隙是航空发动机主轴轴承的重要参数,将影响到轴承中的负荷分布、振动、噪声、摩擦力矩和寿命,所以对轴承径向工作游隙进行研究很有必要。考虑了工作转速、工作温度、过盈配合因素的影响,建立航空发动机滚动轴承的径向工作游隙计算方程,并分析了过盈配合、工作转速、工作温度对工作游隙的影响规律,为航空发动机主轴轴承初始游隙的选取和过盈配合的设计分析提供依据。
徑嚮工作遊隙是航空髮動機主軸軸承的重要參數,將影響到軸承中的負荷分佈、振動、譟聲、摩抆力矩和壽命,所以對軸承徑嚮工作遊隙進行研究很有必要。攷慮瞭工作轉速、工作溫度、過盈配閤因素的影響,建立航空髮動機滾動軸承的徑嚮工作遊隙計算方程,併分析瞭過盈配閤、工作轉速、工作溫度對工作遊隙的影響規律,為航空髮動機主軸軸承初始遊隙的選取和過盈配閤的設計分析提供依據。

Working radial clearance, which is one of the important parameters of main shaft bearing in aircraft engine, will af-fect the load distribution, vibration and noise, friction torque and working life of the bearing, so it is necessary to work on the study of bearing radial clearance.In this paper, considering the factors such as influence of rotating speed, working tempera-ture, the interference fit, radial clearance calculation equation of aircraft engine rolling bearing is established, and the influ-ence laws that interference fit, working speed and working temperature worked on the working clearance are also analyzed. Thus it provides the basis for initial clearance selection of aeroengine main shaft bearing and analysis design of the interference fit.
