以两级油缸的随车吊伸缩系统为研究对象,通过建立两个油缸的力学平衡方程,得到影响两油缸回程时顺序动作的关键因素,即两个油缸的尺寸参数匹配关系以及系统的工作压力;并用AMEsim软件仿真进行验证,仿真结果与理论分析结果一致。为此类液压系统和油缸的设计提供参考。
以兩級油缸的隨車弔伸縮繫統為研究對象,通過建立兩箇油缸的力學平衡方程,得到影響兩油缸迴程時順序動作的關鍵因素,即兩箇油缸的呎吋參數匹配關繫以及繫統的工作壓力;併用AMEsim軟件倣真進行驗證,倣真結果與理論分析結果一緻。為此類液壓繫統和油缸的設計提供參攷。

Taking two-stage cylinder telescopic system of lorry crane as the research subject, two key factors on effecting re-turning stroke sequence were obtained by establishing forces equation of the two-stage cylinder, the two factors are size param-eters matching relation of the two cylinders and working pressure of the system.Theoretical results were confirmed by AMEsim simulation software.Thus references could be provided accordingly to the similar hydraulic system and cylinder design.
