以小区小麦联合收获机的旋风分离清选系统为研究对象,运用Gambit软件对其核心部件-旋风分离筒前处理,运用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行了数值模拟。采用DPM模型模拟了小麦颗粒、茎秆和颖壳在分离筒中的运动情况,以颖壳分离效率、茎秆分离效率和小麦籽粒损失率为评价指标,对三种模型进行了对比分析,获得最优模型并进行了实验验证。
以小區小麥聯閤收穫機的鏇風分離清選繫統為研究對象,運用Gambit軟件對其覈心部件-鏇風分離筒前處理,運用Fluent軟件對其內部流場進行瞭數值模擬。採用DPM模型模擬瞭小麥顆粒、莖稈和穎殼在分離筒中的運動情況,以穎殼分離效率、莖稈分離效率和小麥籽粒損失率為評價指標,對三種模型進行瞭對比分析,穫得最優模型併進行瞭實驗驗證。

Studying on cyclone separation cleaning system of the wheat combine harvester in this paper, its core component --cyclone separation cylinder is computed by using the Gambit software, numerical modeling of the internal flow field is com-pleted by using the Fluent software.The movement of wheat grain, stems and shells in the separation barrel is simulated by u-sing DPM model, and after comparative analysis of these three models in the aspects of the separation efficiency, stalk separa-tion efficiency and wheat grain loss rate, the optimal model is obtained and then tested by experimental verification.
