重庆千厮门嘉陵江大桥主桥为公轨两用钢桁梁部分斜拉桥,跨径布置为88 m+312 m+240 m+80 m。作为国内首座重载公轨共建钢桁梁斜拉桥,千厮门嘉陵江大桥主梁刚度大,斜拉索索力大,索力调整困难,为此提出斜拉索1次张拉到位的总体施工方法,并通过仿真分析实现施工方案优化。现场应用表明斜拉索1次张拉到位施工方法可简化施工步骤,提高工效。
重慶韆廝門嘉陵江大橋主橋為公軌兩用鋼桁樑部分斜拉橋,跨徑佈置為88 m+312 m+240 m+80 m。作為國內首座重載公軌共建鋼桁樑斜拉橋,韆廝門嘉陵江大橋主樑剛度大,斜拉索索力大,索力調整睏難,為此提齣斜拉索1次張拉到位的總體施工方法,併通過倣真分析實現施工方案優化。現場應用錶明斜拉索1次張拉到位施工方法可簡化施工步驟,提高工效。

Main bridge of Chongqing Qiansimen Jialing River Bridge is a partially cable-stayed steel truss bridge for both highway and railway and its span is 88 m+312 m+240 m+80 m. As the first heavy-load co-constructed steel truss cable-stayed bridge at home, Qiansimen Jialing River Bridge is characterized by big rigidity of girder, large stayed cable force and difficulty in adjustment of cable force, for this purpose this paper proposes an overall construction method of tensioning stayed cables in place one time, and achieves optimization of construction scheme via simulated analysis. Site application shows than the construction method of tensioning stayed cables in place one time can simplify construction steps and improve work efficiency.
