根据大港油田深斜井井眼轨迹数据和注水管柱结构,建立注水管柱力学分析模型,对上提工况下管柱任意位置真实轴向力进行计算,通过管柱强度校核,判断其在上提工况下的安全性。为方便计算分析及现场应用,开发了注水管柱力学分析软件,通过软件计算,结果符合工程要求。

Based on the trajectory data of deep inclined well in Dagang oilfield and the structure of injection string, mechani-cal model for injection string was set up.Through calculating true axial force at any position of injection string in tripping out condition and testing the strength of string, its safety under condition of tripping out could be judged.The mechanical software of injection string was developed in Visual C#for field application.According to the calculation, the results meet the require-ments of project.
