This paper systematically states the cloud computing technologies and its application in traffic field. The paper concludes key technologies, commercial modes, basic feature and information safety, etc. of the cloud computing, analyzes the necessity for establishment of traffic cloud platform, and introduces typical application of the cloud computing technologies in sections of Chongqing Two-river Bridges and traffic field.
