    探讨药学服务模式转型中我院药师在不合理处方干预、处方点评、药师参与临床治疗、药品不良反应监测、合理用药宣传和咨询等方面开展多种形式的药学技术信息服务，自觉成为医、药、护医疗团队中的一员。
    탐토약학복무모식전형중아원약사재불합리처방간예、처방점평、약사삼여림상치료、약품불량반응감측、합리용약선전화자순등방면개전다충형식적약학기술신식복무，자각성위의、약、호의료단대중적일원。
    This article is to discuss what we pharmacists are doing in the pharmaceutical service mode transformation. We carry out various kinds of pharmaceutical technology information service as follows:adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting, unreasonable prescription intervention, prescription reviews, education for rational drug use, medication consultation, etc., thus consciously become a member of the medical and nursing team.
