以重庆两江大桥渝中连接隧道下穿农业银行重庆市分行主楼及住宅楼为工程背景,提出左右线隧道分别使用单侧壁导坑法与双侧壁导坑法开挖,加强超前支护,及时施作初期支护与2次衬砌的下穿既有建筑隧道设计方案。采用有限元数值模拟隧道施工过程,分析隧道开挖引起的农业银行筏板基础和农业银行住宅楼条形基础变形。结果表明:既有建筑基础沉降与倾斜均在可控范围内;该隧道设计方案可行。

With Yuzhong connecting tunnel of Chongqing two river bridges under-through main building and residential building of Agricultural Bank of China Chongqing Branch as project background, this paper proposes a design scheme for the tunnel under-through the existing buildings in which left and right line tunnels are excavated in single-side wall heading hole method and double-side wall heading hole method, advanced supports are reinforced and initial supports and secondary linings are constructed in time. The paper employs finite element numerical simulation of construction process of the tunnel, analyzes deformation of raft foundation of Agricultural Bank of China and strip foundation of its residential building. The results show that both sedimentation and inclination of foundations of the existing buildings are within the controllable range;and the design scheme for the tunnel is feasible.
