以采矿业在深沪两市上市的67家 A 股上市公司为样本，对样本公司从2010年到2012年的社会责任与企业绩效进行了实证分析。分析结果表明，采矿业社会责任与企业绩效之间具有线性关系；债权人责任、股东责任、国家责任与企业绩效显著正相关；员工责任、社会责任、环境责任与企业绩效具有相关性。
以採礦業在深滬兩市上市的67傢 A 股上市公司為樣本，對樣本公司從2010年到2012年的社會責任與企業績效進行瞭實證分析。分析結果錶明，採礦業社會責任與企業績效之間具有線性關繫；債權人責任、股東責任、國傢責任與企業績效顯著正相關；員工責任、社會責任、環境責任與企業績效具有相關性。

Taking 67 A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen in the mining industry as samples,the empirical analysis of sample companies social responsibility and corporate performance was done from 2010 to 2012.The conclusions show that a linear relationship between the mining industry social responsibility and corporate performance;the relationship was significantly positive among creditors responsibility, shareholder responsibility, national responsibility and corporate performance;and the relationship was relevant among employee responsibility, social responsibility, environmental responsibility and corporate performance.
