目的:探讨热毒宁(RDN)对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染哮喘加重小鼠气道炎症的影响。方法:雌性BALB/c小鼠32只,随机分成4组,分别为对照组、鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)组、OVA/RSV组、OVA/RSV/RDN组。无创肺功能检测各组小鼠气道反应性;HE染色观察肺部炎症变化;小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性细胞计数并分类;ELISA法检测BALF中IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IFN-γ含量。结果:RSV感染能够加重哮喘小鼠气道炎症与气道高反应性, RDN抑制RSV感染哮喘加重小鼠气道高反应性(P<0.05);RDN显著减少RSV感染哮喘小鼠BALF 中IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IFN-γ含量。结论:RDN可以减轻RSV感染的小鼠气道炎症反应,抑制气道高反应性。

목적:탐토열독저(RDN)대호흡도합포병독(RSV)감염효천가중소서기도염증적영향。방법:자성BALB/c소서32지,수궤분성4조,분별위대조조、계란백단백(OVA)조、OVA/RSV조、OVA/RSV/RDN조。무창폐공능검측각조소서기도반응성;HE염색관찰폐부염증변화;소서지기관폐포관세액(BALF)중염성세포계수병분류;ELISA법검측BALF중IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IFN-γ함량。결과:RSV감염능구가중효천소서기도염증여기도고반응성, RDN억제RSV감염효천가중소서기도고반응성(P<0.05);RDN현저감소RSV감염효천소서BALF 중IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IFN-γ함량。결론:RDN가이감경RSV감염적소서기도염증반응,억제기도고반응성。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Reduning (RDN) on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)-induced airway inflammation and asthma exacerbation in Balb/c mice. Methods: Thirty-two female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=8 for each group): control group, OVA (ovalbumin) group, OVA/RSV group and OVA/RSV/RDN group. Airway responsiveness was assessed using a whole body plethysmog_raphy. Lung histopathological changes were evaluated by HE stain. Cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were counted and classified, the supernatants of the BALF were used for detection of interleukin (IL) -4, IL-5, IL-13 and interferon (IFN)-γ. Results: RSV infection induced airway inflammation and air_way hyper-responsiveness (AHR) exacerbation. Administration of RDN remarkably inhibited airway inflam_mation and AHR. IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 levels in BALF decreased in OVA/RSV/RDN group com_pared with OVA/RSV group (P<0.01, respectively). Conclusion: RDN might suppress airway inflammation and AHR in RSV infected asthmatic mice.
