高性能混凝土在面板堆石坝混凝土面板中应用日益广泛,选取适宜的水胶比和粉煤灰掺量是提高面板高性能混凝土抗裂性能的有效途径。通过早期抗裂试验,研究了水胶比和粉煤灰掺量对高性能混凝土塑性开裂的影响。结果表明:影响甘河子面板高性能混凝土单位面积总开裂面积的因素主次顺序为:水胶比(A)→粉煤灰掺量(B);水胶比对单位面积总开裂面积有一定影响,粉煤灰掺量对单位面积总开裂面积影响不显著。选取水胶比为0.37,粉煤灰掺量为30%作为推荐配合比,早期抗裂等级为Ⅳ,抗裂等级较好。低水胶比不利于高性能混凝土抵抗塑性开裂,面板混凝土应通过早期抗裂试验完成配合比优选。
高性能混凝土在麵闆堆石壩混凝土麵闆中應用日益廣汎,選取適宜的水膠比和粉煤灰摻量是提高麵闆高性能混凝土抗裂性能的有效途徑。通過早期抗裂試驗,研究瞭水膠比和粉煤灰摻量對高性能混凝土塑性開裂的影響。結果錶明:影響甘河子麵闆高性能混凝土單位麵積總開裂麵積的因素主次順序為:水膠比(A)→粉煤灰摻量(B);水膠比對單位麵積總開裂麵積有一定影響,粉煤灰摻量對單位麵積總開裂麵積影響不顯著。選取水膠比為0.37,粉煤灰摻量為30%作為推薦配閤比,早期抗裂等級為Ⅳ,抗裂等級較好。低水膠比不利于高性能混凝土牴抗塑性開裂,麵闆混凝土應通過早期抗裂試驗完成配閤比優選。

High performance concrete is widely applied in the concrete slabs of concrete face rock fill dams ,selecting the suitable proportion of fly ash and water-cement ratio is a effective way to improve crack resistance of high performance concrete slabs .Through the early crack resistance test ,the proportion of fly ash and water-cement ratio on the impact of high performance concrete plastic cracking were studied .Results indicate that the influencing factors that affects the total cracking area per unit area of high performance concrete slabs in Ganhezi reservoir dam are sequenced as follows :water-cement ratio (A) → fly ash (B) ;water-cement ratio has certain impact on the total cracking area per unit area ,whereas the fly-ash content has little .The selection of water-cement ratio of 0 .37 fly ash content of 30% is the recommended mixture ratio ,which has better crack resistance level with the early crack resistance level of grade Ⅳ .Low water-cement ratio affects plastic cracking resistance of high performance concrete ,so the early crack resistance test should be conduct-ed on slab concrete for selecting the optimal mixture ratio .
