福建省地处中国东南沿海地区,花岗岩残积土分布较为集中。花岗岩残积土边坡存在较为发育的微裂隙结构面和一些软弱岩脉风化而成的软弱夹层,由于风化作用、降雨和地下水渗入等外界环境影响,裂隙中的填充物泥化和膨胀,结构面的抗剪强度迅速下降,形成软弱夹层,造成边坡失稳破坏。以某含软弱夹层花岗岩残积土边坡为例,建立有限元数值模型对该边坡的变形特征进行研究,发现直接开挖后沿软弱夹层将发生较大的相对滑动,最大水平位移达22 cm ,同时表明软弱夹层的存在不仅造成了边坡总体变形的增大,还决定了边坡失稳破坏时滑动面的位置。研究成果可为此类含软弱夹层的残积土边坡的设计、施工和治理提供借鉴和参考。

Fujian province is located in the southeast coastal area of China ,the granite residual soil is widely distributed . Granite residual soil slopes contain rock structure with relatively developed microcracks on its surface and weak interlay-ers .Due to weathering ,rainfalls and the infiltration of underground water ,the fillers in the cracks decompose and ex-pand which leads to a fast descend of shear strength of the structure surface and the formation of weak interlayers ,and eventually results in the instability and failure of the slope .Taking a granite residual soil slope with weak interlayers as an example ,the finite element numerical model was established to study the deformation characteristics of the slope .The research found that there was a large relative sliding movement of soil along the weak interlayers after the excavation ,with the maximum horizontal displacement of 22 cm .This indicates that the existence of weak interlayers not only causes the increase of the overall deformation of the slope ,but also determines the position of the sliding surface when the stability failure occurs .The research results can provide reference for the design ,construction and management of such residual soil slopes with weak interlayers .
