水产品在国民经济中占有重要的地位，其质量安全关系着社会经济的稳定发展和人民生活的安定和谐。福建省是海洋渔业大省，各级政府高度重视水产品质量安全管理工作。本文通过分析福建省水产品质量安全在水产品养殖、病害、加工流通环节等方面存在的安全风险，针对性地提出水产品质量安全管理对策和建议，以期为提高福建省水产品的质量安全水平提供参考和帮助。

Aquatic products occupy an important position in national economy, and its quality and safety are critically important to the stable development of social economy and harmonious of people’s life. Fujian prov- <br> ince is one of the largest provinces with abundant fishery resources, and the governments at all levels attach great importance to the work of managing quality and safety of aquatic products. In this paper, countermeas-ures and suggestions on the quality and safety of aquatic products safety management were put forward by ana-lyzing breeding, diseases, pollutants, processing circulation of aquatic products in Fujian province, as well as the security risks. Through the above ways, some useful references and help could be provided to improve the quality and safety of aquatic products in Fujian province.
