为研究鲟鱼硫酸软骨素对小鼠免疫器官的影响,连续对小鼠灌胃不同剂量鲟鱼硫酸软骨素2周后,外科手术取出胸腺和脾脏,并依次进行称重、卡洛氏固定、石蜡包埋、组织切片、甲苯胺蓝染色,40倍物镜下观察鲟鱼硫酸软骨素对小鼠免疫器官肥大细胞数量的影响。结果表明:鲟鱼硫酸软骨素能促进小鼠免疫器官重量指数增大,并能显著促进免疫器官中肥大细胞数量的增长。其中,600 mg/kg剂量下小鼠胸腺指数显著( P<0.05)增大,胸腺中肥大细胞数量极显著( P<0.01)增加,60 mg/kg剂量下小鼠脾脏重量的增加最为明显( P<0.01),6 mg/kg剂量下小鼠脾脏中肥大细胞数量的增加最为明显( P<0.01)。
為研究鱘魚硫痠軟骨素對小鼠免疫器官的影響,連續對小鼠灌胃不同劑量鱘魚硫痠軟骨素2週後,外科手術取齣胸腺和脾髒,併依次進行稱重、卡洛氏固定、石蠟包埋、組織切片、甲苯胺藍染色,40倍物鏡下觀察鱘魚硫痠軟骨素對小鼠免疫器官肥大細胞數量的影響。結果錶明:鱘魚硫痠軟骨素能促進小鼠免疫器官重量指數增大,併能顯著促進免疫器官中肥大細胞數量的增長。其中,600 mg/kg劑量下小鼠胸腺指數顯著( P<0.05)增大,胸腺中肥大細胞數量極顯著( P<0.01)增加,60 mg/kg劑量下小鼠脾髒重量的增加最為明顯( P<0.01),6 mg/kg劑量下小鼠脾髒中肥大細胞數量的增加最為明顯( P<0.01)。
위연구심어류산연골소대소서면역기관적영향,련속대소서관위불동제량심어류산연골소2주후,외과수술취출흉선화비장,병의차진행칭중、잡락씨고정、석사포매、조직절편、갑분알람염색,40배물경하관찰심어류산연골소대소서면역기관비대세포수량적영향。결과표명:심어류산연골소능촉진소서면역기관중량지수증대,병능현저촉진면역기관중비대세포수량적증장。기중,600 mg/kg제량하소서흉선지수현저( P<0.05)증대,흉선중비대세포수량겁현저( P<0.01)증가,60 mg/kg제량하소서비장중량적증가최위명현( P<0.01),6 mg/kg제량하소서비장중비대세포수량적증가최위명현( P<0.01)。
To study the effect of sturgeon chondroitin sulfate ( ChS) on immune organs of mice, the mice were administered with the different doses of sturgeon chondroitin sulfate. After two weeks, the thymus and spleens were collected by surgical operation and were weighed, then were processed by being fixed in Calot’s, paraffin embedded, made slice and modified toluidine blue ( MTB) staining. The distribution and number of mast cells of mouse were observed by looking through a microscope. The results were showed that the different doses of sturgeon chondroitin sulfate could enhance the weight of the immune organ and increase the number of mast cell in the immune organ of mice, among which, administered with the dose of 600 mg/kg could enhance sig-nificantly the weight of the thymus ( P<0. 05 ) and increase the number of the mast cells in the thymus ( P<0. 01 ) , and administered with the dose of 60 mg/kg could enhance significantly the weight of the spleen ( P<0. 01 ) . Only administered with the dose of 6 mg/kg could increase the number of the mast cells in the spleen evidently ( P<0. 01 ) .
