针对转炉采用部分铁矿石替代废钢冶炼降温引起前期反应过于激烈造成转炉喷溅严重的问题,进行了氧枪喷头参数和氧枪操作模式的优化,优化后转炉每月喷溅比例由12.0%降至4.7%,煤气回收量比原工艺提高15 m3/t。

For the problem of the converter splashing seriously caused by intense pre-reaction molten steel temperature drop due to adding some iron ores replacing scrap into converter, the parameters of oxygen lance nozzles and the operation modes of the oxygen lance are optimized so that the splashing percent of the converter is reduced to 4.7% from 12.0% per month and the recovery amount of gas is increased by 15 m3/t.
