为了消除X射线荧光光谱压片制样法制样存在的基体效应,利用实际生产炉渣样品与纯物质混匀技术配制内控标准样品制作校准曲线。实验室实验表明,利用滚筒混匀方式配制的样品均匀性与国家标准物质均匀性相当,且其含量与化学法测定结果一致,实现了根据实际生产样品情况灵活配制Al2O3和CaO、MgO系列校准样品,消除了基体效应,提高了X射线荧光光谱压片制样方法分析炉渣的准确性。
為瞭消除X射線熒光光譜壓片製樣法製樣存在的基體效應,利用實際生產爐渣樣品與純物質混勻技術配製內控標準樣品製作校準麯線。實驗室實驗錶明,利用滾筒混勻方式配製的樣品均勻性與國傢標準物質均勻性相噹,且其含量與化學法測定結果一緻,實現瞭根據實際生產樣品情況靈活配製Al2O3和CaO、MgO繫列校準樣品,消除瞭基體效應,提高瞭X射線熒光光譜壓片製樣方法分析爐渣的準確性。

In order to eliminate the matrix effect occurred in preparing samples by tabletting method based on the means of X-ray fluorescence spectrum, the calibration curves are plotted by using internally piloting standard samples prepared by blending the slag samples resulted from the actual production with pure substances. The laboratory tests show that the uniformity of samples prepared by drum blending method is equivalent to that of national standard substances and the content in prepared samples is the same as the results tested by chemical method. Based on that the series of calibration samples such as Al2O3, CaO and MgO can be prepared flexibly according to the actual situation of preparing samples and therefore the matrix effect is eliminated while the accuracy for analyzing the slag samples by sample-preparing method based on X-ray fluorescence spectrum tabletting is improved.
