The production process and operation status of Carrousel coiler in 1450 mm continuous cold rolling production line of Angang is introduced. Particularly the operational process of Carrousel coiler is discussed emphatically and the logical program for controlling the coiling process of Carrousel coiler is also analyzed. Based on the analytical results the sequence control procedure for Carrousel coiler is developed independently. The application results show that the sequential design for the turbine disk can meet the requirements of the production technology and the control effect is so good that the rolling productivity of the continuous cold rolling production line is improved.
