利用炼焦煤在塑性温度区间析出的胶质体作为黏结剂,在自行设计的热压模具内生产高密度的热压块,寻找最适宜的热压操作条件及所配热压块的不同压溃强度指标对焦炭质量的影响。结果表明,热压块制备的最优方案为加热温度430℃,加热时间20 min,操作压力20 MPa;加热温度是影响热压块压溃强度的主要因素,其次为加热时间,而操作压力对热压块压溃强度的影响较小;当热压块的压溃强度大于800 N时,配此热压块炼焦可以明显提高焦炭质量,且焦炭质量与配有此热压块的压溃强度具有一定的相关性。

Hot pressed lumps with high density are prepared by using the metaplast precipi-tated from coking coal in plastic temperature range as adhesive in a self-designed hot-pressed die in order to investigate the influence of the most suitable operating conditions for hot pressing and different crushing strength indexes of the prepared hot pressed lumps on coke quality. The results show that the optimal scheme for preparing hot pressed lumps is that the heating temperature is 430 ℃, the heating time is 20 minutes and the operating pressure is 20 MPa. Among these param-eters the heating temperature is the main factor in influencing the crushing strength of hot pressed lumps, the heating time takes the second place and the operating pressure appears less effect. When the crushing strength of hot pressed lumps is more than 800 N, the quality of coke can be improved significantly by the above hot pressed lumps for coking and the coke quality is some cor-relative with the crushing strength of the above hot pressed lumps.
