Many traditional Chinese medicine herbs in our country have antiseptic effect, the herbs with medicinal and edible function are the focus of development.We discuss the total flavonoid of Gynura formosana kitam is suitable for natural preservatives,for Gynura formosana kitam is one of the herbs with medicinal and edible function,has a lot of artificial reproduction and richs in flavonoid which has antiseptic effect.
