Quantified using iodine dispose health food vitamin C, and then the content of reducing sugars was determined using Fehling reagent. By measuring showed that the recovery of this method was more than 98.0%, RSD was 0.15%. This method can be used to determine reducing sugar in Vitamin C type of health food,Which is simple, accurate and reliable.
