随着航空工业技术的不断发展,动力装置控制系统测试平台技术水平发生了巨大的变化,具有测试信号多、接口类型多、测试数据大、数据处理复杂等特点。本文介绍一种基于PXI总线的飞机动力装置控制系统测试平台的设计方案,主要以我国正在研制的某型大型客机动力装置控制系统作为测试对象,采用主机-目标机形式,其中目标机采用PXI ( PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation,面向仪器系统的PCI扩展)架构,能完成飞机动力装置系统相关功能试验、相关系统交联试验和相关故障排除试验,为动力装置控制试验室的建设提供参考。

Along with the development of aviation technology, the test platform for power plant operation and control system has changed a lot, which tends to have more signals, more interface types, more test data and more complexity. This paper describes a test platform proposal for airplane power plant operation and control system based on PXI bus, which refers to the power plant operation and control system of some large passenger aircraft made in China. It takes a host-target form ( the PXI frame has been embedded in target machine) , which can fulfill some func-tion tests of airplane power plant system, some interaction tests with other system and some failure tests. Also, it can be referred as a typical pro-posal for some power plant operation and control labs.
