基于科氏质量流量计( CMF)测量管的工作原理,为了提高传感器的灵敏度,了解其振动过程中非线性项对于CMF灵敏度的影响至关重要。以U型管科氏质量流量计为研究对象,考虑非线性因素,用比较法推导出非线性项对于CMF灵敏度的影响。此外,通过实验仿真,优化传感器结构,进而提高传感器灵敏度。

Based on the theory of measuring tube of coriolis mass flowmeter ( CMF) , and to improve the sensitivity of CMFs, the under-standing of how the nonlinear factors affect the sensitivity of CMFs is very important in the vibrating process. By using the U type of CMF, this ar-ticle focuses on two nonlinear factors with the comparison method. The results show that both contain nonlinear factors just as the nonlinear analy-sis had expected, the two factors actually have effect on the sensitivity of CMFs. Besides, by introducing the experimental simulation, we opti-mize the structure and improve the sensitivity of CMFs.
