目的：分析老年心血管病患者的临床用药方法与效果。方法收集本院收治的120例老年心血管病患者临床资料，根据患者疾病类型，提供合理的药物治疗，总结临床疗效。结果120例老年心血管患者，治愈率为73.33%、显效率为20.00%、有效率为12.50%、无效率为2.50%，治疗总有效率为97.50%。治疗后，患者血压控制为140/90 mmHg，糖尿病患者空腹血糖为（7.11±2.36）mmol/L，餐后2h血糖为（9.59±2.22）mmol/L。结论老年心血管疾病采取早期用药治疗方案，可确保良好的治疗效果，充分改善患者预后情况。

목적：분석노년심혈관병환자적림상용약방법여효과。방법수집본원수치적120례노년심혈관병환자림상자료，근거환자질병류형，제공합리적약물치료，총결림상료효。결과120례노년심혈관환자，치유솔위73.33%、현효솔위20.00%、유효솔위12.50%、무효솔위2.50%，치료총유효솔위97.50%。치료후，환자혈압공제위140/90 mmHg，당뇨병환자공복혈당위（7.11±2.36）mmol/L，찬후2h혈당위（9.59±2.22）mmol/L。결론노년심혈관질병채취조기용약치료방안，가학보량호적치료효과，충분개선환자예후정황。
Objective to investigate the clinical application of elderly cardiovascular disease Method and effect. Methods collected in our hospital were analyzed clinical data of 120 elderly cases of cardiovascular disease, according to the disease in patients with type, provides the reasonable medication, summarizes the clinical curative effect. Results of 120 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular, cure rate is 73.33%, show the efficiency of 20.00%, effective rate was 12.50%, no efficiency was 2.50%, total effective rate was 97.50%. After treatment, patients with blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg, patients with diabetes to fasting glucose (7.11+2.36) tendency for L, postprandial blood glucose 2 h for the tendency for L (9.59±2.22). Conclusion elderly cardiovascular disease, the plan of early medical treatment to ensure good treatment effect, fully improve the patients' prognosis.
