目的:观察临床路径在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年7月~2014年7月本院接收的冠心病72例患者,按照就诊日期单双号分为对照组、实验组。给予对照组36例常规健康教育,对实验组36例进行健康教育时应用临床路径。观察对照组、实验组的健康教育效果,并对比。结果与对照组相比,实验组知识知晓率较高,患者满意度较高,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径在冠心病患者健康教育中的应用效果较高,对提高患者知识知晓率及满意度作用明显,需引起重视。

목적:관찰림상로경재관상동맥죽양경화성심장병(간칭관심병)환자건강교육중적응용효과。방법수집2013년7월~2014년7월본원접수적관심병72례환자,안조취진일기단쌍호분위대조조、실험조。급여대조조36례상규건강교육,대실험조36례진행건강교육시응용림상로경。관찰대조조、실험조적건강교육효과,병대비。결과여대조조상비,실험조지식지효솔교고,환자만의도교고,차이명현,유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론림상로경재관심병환자건강교육중적응용효과교고,대제고환자지식지효솔급만의도작용명현,수인기중시。
Objective To observe the effect of application of clinical pathway in health education in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods collected in 2013 July to 2014 July in our hospital 72 cases of coronary heart disease patients received, in accordance with the treatment on odd dates were divided into control group, experimental group. 36 cases of control group were given routine health education, the application of the clinical pathway on health education to 36 cases in the experimental group at. The effect of health education group, experimental group and control observation, comparison. Results compared with control group, the awareness rate of knowledge of experimental group, with a higher patient satisfaction, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
