目的：探究彩色多普勒超声诊断老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）颈动脉硬化及左室舒张功能的效果。方法选取60例老年冠心病患者作为观察组，50例健康体检者为对照组，使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测两组的内膜-中层厚度、内径、颈总动脉和颈内动脉收缩期峰值血流速和舒张末期血流速度。结果观察组内膜-中层厚度、分叉处内膜-中层厚度、IC/CC值和钙化斑发生率比对照组明显增大。结论利用彩色多普勒超声诊断老年冠心病的效果显著。
목적：탐구채색다보륵초성진단노년관상동맥죽양경화성심장병（간칭관심병）경동맥경화급좌실서장공능적효과。방법선취60례노년관심병환자작위관찰조，50례건강체검자위대조조，사용채색다보륵초성진단의검측량조적내막-중층후도、내경、경총동맥화경내동맥수축기봉치혈류속화서장말기혈류속도。결과관찰조내막-중층후도、분차처내막-중층후도、IC/CC치화개화반발생솔비대조조명현증대。결론이용채색다보륵초성진단노년관심병적효과현저。
Objective Toexplorethe diagnostic valueof colorDopplerultrasoundof carotid atherosclerosisandc oronary heart diseasein the elderlyleft ventricular diastolic function. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with coro nary heart disease as the observation group,50 cases of healthy control group,Using color Doppler ultrasonography w ere detected intima media thickness,diameter,carotid artery and internal carotid artery peak systolic velocity and end d iastolic velocity. Results The study group IMT,bifurcation IMT,IC/CC values and increasing incidence of calcified plaque than the control group. Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of coronary heart disease in elderly significant effect.
