目的：探讨并分析对老年脑血管患者进行尼莫地平治疗的临床效果。方法将近期入住本院进行治疗的79例老年脑血管患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组39例，治疗组40例，其中对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组则给予尼莫地平治疗，观察并分析两组的疗效。结果经有效治疗后，治疗组在总有效率及不良反应率方面均明显优于对照组，其比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予老年脑血管患者尼莫地平治疗，具有显著疗效，值得在临床上推广及应用。

목적：탐토병분석대노년뇌혈관환자진행니막지평치료적림상효과。방법장근기입주본원진행치료적79례노년뇌혈관환자수궤분위대조조여치료조，대조조39례，치료조40례，기중대조조급여상규치료，치료조칙급여니막지평치료，관찰병분석량조적료효。결과경유효치료후，치료조재총유효솔급불량반응솔방면균명현우우대조조，기비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론급여노년뇌혈관환자니막지평치료，구유현저료효，치득재림상상추엄급응용。
Objective To investigate and analyze the elderly clinical effect in patients with cerebral vascular nimodipine treatment. Methods The recent hospital stay for treatment of 79 cases of elderly patients with cerebral vascular randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group and control group 39 cases,the treatment group 40 cases,including the control group received conventional treatment group were treated with nimodipine treatment to observe and analyze the efifcacy of the two groups. Results After effective treatment,the treatment group in total efifciency and adverse reaction rates were signiifcantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion give elderly patients with cerebral vascular nimodipine treatment,has a signiifcant effect,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
