目的：研究分析胺碘酮对急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动的临床疗效，观察患者治疗后的不良反应发生状况，评价其应用价值。方法抽取56例急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动患者，将其按照每组28例划分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者通过普罗帕酮进行治疗，观察组患者采用胺碘酮开展治疗。结果观察组患者心房颤动发作控制率为94.6%，明显优于对照组的64.3%（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组的不良反应发生率为3.6%，明显低于对照组的35.7%（P＜0.05）。结论针对急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动，采用胺碘酮进行治疗能够取得良好的疗效，该治疗方式不会引发严重的临床不良反应，安全性较高。
목적：연구분석알전동대급성심기경사반심방전동적림상료효，관찰환자치료후적불량반응발생상황，평개기응용개치。방법추취56례급성심기경사반심방전동환자，장기안조매조28례화분위대조조화관찰조，대조조환자통과보라파동진행치료，관찰조환자채용알전동개전치료。결과관찰조환자심방전동발작공제솔위94.6%，명현우우대조조적64.3%（P＜0.05）；치료후，관찰조적불량반응발생솔위3.6%，명현저우대조조적35.7%（P＜0.05）。결론침대급성심기경사반심방전동，채용알전동진행치료능구취득량호적료효，해치료방식불회인발엄중적림상불량반응，안전성교고。
Objective To study the effect of amiodarone on clinical treatment analysis of acute myocardial infarction with atrial ifbrillation and adverse reaction were observed after treatment of occurrence, and evaluate its application value. Methods a total of 56 cases of acute myocardial infarction with atrial ifbrillationpatients, the 28 patients in each group is divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in the control group treated by propafenone, the observation group were treated by amiodarone carry out treatment, compared twogroups of curative effect, and observe its clinical adverse reaction condition. Results the group of patients with atrial fibrillation control rate was 94.6%,significantly better than the control group 64.3% (P<0.05); after treatment,observation of adverse reaction rate in the group was 3.6%, signiifcantly lower than the control group of 35.7%(P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with acute myocardial infarction with atrial ifbrillation, amiodarone for the treatment can achieve goodtherapeutic effect, the treatment does not cause clinical severe adverse reaction,high security.
