目的:头穴电刺激脑梗死大鼠不同时间窗的疗效观察。方法:将健康雌性大鼠分为模型对照组、假手术对照组及头穴电刺激组,每组又分为治疗1天、3天、7天、14天4个亚组,每组15只。头穴电刺激组、模型对照组采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉急性脑梗死大鼠模型,假手术对照组只分离动脉不结扎插线。对3组大鼠ZeaLonga评分,造模24 h内对头穴电刺激组大鼠针刺大椎、百会进行电刺激治疗,每日1次,每次30 min,治疗1天、3天、7天、14天,其余两组于每天相同时间将大鼠固定于实验台上,不予处置。在治疗后1天、3天、7天、14天对各组大鼠进行评分,断头取脑,用PT-PCR方法检测Caspase-3 mRNA的表达变化。采用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果:头穴电刺激治疗14天组和治疗7天组ZeaLonga评分疗效显著(P<0.05);头穴电刺激组中治疗14天组Caspase-3 mRNA的表达量明显低于治疗1天、3天( P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑缺血性脑梗死大鼠行头穴电刺激治疗,可促进其肢体功能的恢复,14天疗程对大鼠肢体功能的恢复疗效最佳。

목적:두혈전자격뇌경사대서불동시간창적료효관찰。방법:장건강자성대서분위모형대조조、가수술대조조급두혈전자격조,매조우분위치료1천、3천、7천、14천4개아조,매조15지。두혈전자격조、모형대조조채용선전법제비대뇌중동맥급성뇌경사대서모형,가수술대조조지분리동맥불결찰삽선。대3조대서ZeaLonga평분,조모24 h내대두혈전자격조대서침자대추、백회진행전자격치료,매일1차,매차30 min,치료1천、3천、7천、14천,기여량조우매천상동시간장대서고정우실험태상,불여처치。재치료후1천、3천、7천、14천대각조대서진행평분,단두취뇌,용PT-PCR방법검측Caspase-3 mRNA적표체변화。채용SPSS통계연건진행통계분석。결과:두혈전자격치료14천조화치료7천조ZeaLonga평분료효현저(P<0.05);두혈전자격조중치료14천조Caspase-3 mRNA적표체량명현저우치료1천、3천( P<0.05)。결론:대급성뇌결혈성뇌경사대서행두혈전자격치료,가촉진기지체공능적회복,14천료정대대서지체공능적회복료효최가。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalp electroacupuncture on rats with cerebral infarc-tion.Methods:Healthy female rats were divided into a model group,a sham operation group and a scalp elec-troacupuncture group,and each group was divided into 1 d,3 d,7 d ,14 d four sub groups,with 15 rats in each group.The scalp electroacupuncture group and the model group were established by left middle cerebral artery infarction;the sham operation group only isolated artery without ligation wire.The ZeaLonga was recorded to e-valuate the limb functions of rats.Treatment by scalp electroacupuncture at Baihui and Dazhui points for scalp electroacupuncture group was progressed for once per day, and other two groups were fixed on the experiment table at the same time every day but not to dispose.After treatment 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,scores of rats were recor-ded, then the expression of Caspase-3 protein was measured by RT-PCR.Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS statistical software.Results:Scalp electroacupuncture group of treatment 14 d and 7 d had a sig-nificant effect( P<0.05);the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA in scalp electroacupuncture group of treatment 14 d was significantly lower than that in the treatment of 1d, 3d(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute cerebral infarction rats by electrical acupuncture stimulation can promote the limb function recovery; the 14-day course of treatment for limb function recovery of rats has the best effect.
