目的：观察针刺对女性低度炎症型慢性盆腔炎临床症状及炎性因子（C反应蛋白）的影响。方法：采取随机对照方法，选择符合纳入标准的70例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为针刺组与对照组（口服妇科千金片组）进行治疗，观察治疗前后临床疗效及C反应蛋白变化。结果：临床疗效方面，针刺组总有效率为91．43％，对照组的总有效率为74．29％，两组治疗效果的总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；C反应蛋白测定方面，两组组内C反应蛋白治疗后与治疗前相比，均具有显著差异，有统计学意义（P＜0．01或P＜0．05）；治疗后两组组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），针刺组临床疗效优于对照组。结论：针刺对于改善女性低度炎症型慢性盆腔炎临床症状及降低C反应蛋白值疗效确切。
목적：관찰침자대녀성저도염증형만성분강염림상증상급염성인자（C반응단백）적영향。방법：채취수궤대조방법，선택부합납입표준적70례만성분강염환자작위연구대상，수궤분위침자조여대조조（구복부과천금편조）진행치료，관찰치료전후림상료효급C반응단백변화。결과：림상료효방면，침자조총유효솔위91．43％，대조조적총유효솔위74．29％，량조치료효과적총유효솔비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；C반응단백측정방면，량조조내C반응단백치료후여치료전상비，균구유현저차이，유통계학의의（P＜0．01혹P＜0．05）；치료후량조조간비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05），침자조림상료효우우대조조。결론：침자대우개선녀성저도염증형만성분강염림상증상급강저C반응단백치료효학절。
Objective:To observe the clinically therapeutic effect and inflammatory factor ( C reactive protein) of acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammation with low grade inflammation type.Methods:70 cases with chro-nic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into an acupuncture group with 35 cases and an oral-taking Qianjin tablet group ( a control group ) with 35 cases.Observe the clinically therapeutic effect and C reactive protein ( CRP) level before and after the treatment.Results:In the respect of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate was 91.43%in the acupuncture group and 74.29% in the control group with a significant difference be-tween two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .The CRP level before and after treatment was significantly decreased in two groups ( P<0.01 or P<0.05) ,and there was a significant difference between two groups after treatment ( P<0.05).The clinical effect of acupuncture group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Acupunc-ture has a definitely therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation with low grade inflammation type and can better improve CRP level of the patients.
