局部阴影条件下,由于旁路二极管和阻塞二极管的作用,光伏阵列的功率-电压输出特性存在多个局部峰值和一个最大功率点,增加了阵列建模和最大功率点跟踪的复杂性。为了提高光伏系统的工作效率,对阴影条件下阵列建模,分析多峰值的分布规律具有重要意义。该文建立了阴影条件下光伏阵列的通用模型,并据此提出了一种基于模型的阴影多峰值电压估算方法。在不同阴影条件下,将估算的峰值电压与实际峰值电压比对,证明了所提方法的可行性,且具有较高的精度。

Power-voltage characteristics of photovoltaic(PV) arrays are characterized by multiple local peaks and one global peak with the effects of bypass diodes and blocking diodes under partial shading conditions (PSCs),posing a more challenging task to model PV array and track maximum power point(MPP). It is of great importance for PV generation systems to establish the model of PV arrays and analyze the distribution of multiple peaks under PSCs. In this paper, a universal model of PV arrays under PSCs is established,on whose base a multi-peak voltage estimation method is proposed. A comparison between the estimated peak voltage and the actual one is conducted under different shading conditions. The proposed method has been verified and proved to be accurate.
