±800 kV宜宾—金华特高压直流输电工程投产后，可极大缓解浙江省跨江通道及浙北主要断面潮流重载问题。与此同时，若宾金直流发生双极闭锁故障，会造成潮流转移和功率缺额，对浙江电网甚至整个华东电网将产生较大的系统冲击，严重影响电网的安全稳定运行。详细分析了宾金直流双极闭锁故障对浙江电网的影响，并结合电网调度运行经验，总结了宾金直流双极闭锁事故下浙江调度的处置策略，为事故处理提供参考经验。

With the putting into operation of ±800 kV Yibin-Jinhua UHVDC power transmission project,the passage across the river in Zhejiang Province and tidal current overload of the main section in northern Zhejiang is greatly eased. At the same time,the Yibin-Jinhua DC bipolar block has strong impact on the safety and stability of Zhejiang power grid,or even on East China power grid because of flow transfer and power vacancy. This paper analyzes the impact of ±800 kV Yibin-Jinhua DC bipolar block fault on Zhejiang power grid,and in combination with the power grid dispatching and operating experience, summarizes the dispatching disposal strategy for Zhejiang power grid during bipolar block in Yibin-Jinhua DC system,which can provide experience and references for the accident treat-ment.
