针对固体介质中不同微空气隙形状(球体,椭球体)内部电场计算问题,将其简化为计算均匀电场中介质球、介质椭球内的电场,应用电介质极化原理,得到了微空气隙内部电场分布的数值解。数值计算结果表明:气隙内的场强总要比固体内的场强高得多,而气隙的介电强度比固体介质低,所以当加至一定电压时,在固体介质击穿之前,总是在空气隙内先开始放电,从理论上解释了固体内部发生局部放电的原因。
針對固體介質中不同微空氣隙形狀(毬體,橢毬體)內部電場計算問題,將其簡化為計算均勻電場中介質毬、介質橢毬內的電場,應用電介質極化原理,得到瞭微空氣隙內部電場分佈的數值解。數值計算結果錶明:氣隙內的場彊總要比固體內的場彊高得多,而氣隙的介電彊度比固體介質低,所以噹加至一定電壓時,在固體介質擊穿之前,總是在空氣隙內先開始放電,從理論上解釋瞭固體內部髮生跼部放電的原因。

This paper deals with the calculation of the electric field in micro-air gaps of different shapes of the solid dielectric and it reduces the complicated problem to calculating the electric field of dielectric sphere and ellipsoid in the uniform field. And by applying the dielectric polarization theory,the paper obtains a numerical solution of the distribution of the electric field in micro-air gaps. The calculation results show that the electric field in micro-air gaps is much higher than in the solid,but the dielectric strength in the micro-air gaps is lower than in the solid,therefore when the voltage rises to a certain level, the micro-air gap always begins to discharge before the breakdown of the solid dielectric,which theoretically explains the reasons of the partial discharge in solid.
