目的：探讨健神利水方组方依据。方法：对脑出血急性期古代中医文献、现代病理生理的理论认识、实验研究和临床结果进行相关研究，探讨健神利水方组方依据。结果：健神利水方既能体现中医基础理论和历代医家经验，又能体现现代药理学研究成果，同时能得到动物实验和临床研究结论的支持。结论：健神利水方符合中医的辨证精髓，组方依据充分，值得进一步深入研究。
목적：탐토건신이수방조방의거。방법：대뇌출혈급성기고대중의문헌、현대병리생리적이론인식、실험연구화림상결과진행상관연구，탐토건신이수방조방의거。결과：건신이수방기능체현중의기출이론화역대의가경험，우능체현현대약이학연구성과，동시능득도동물실험화림상연구결론적지지。결론：건신이수방부합중의적변증정수，조방의거충분，치득진일보심입연구。
This study was aimed to investigate the theoretical basis of Jian-Shen Li-Shui (JSLS) formula. Knowledge <br> of acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage in ancient Chinese medicine literature, modern pathophysiology theories, experimental researches and clinical results were studied, in order to discuss theoretical basis of JSLS formula. The results showed that JSLS formula embodied basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and experiences of physicians from different generations. It also reflected modern pharmacology research results. It was supported by animal experiments and clinical research results. It was concluded that JSLS formula was in accordance with essence of TCM syndrome differentiation. There were enough evidences for the formation of the formula. It was worthy of further study.
