族性化学结构表达方式简明、保护范围大，因此在化学、药学类专利中有广泛的应用。但由于族性化学结构的逻辑表述结构复杂多变，现有国内的专利检索系统尚无法对其实现检索，对该类信息的高效加工和深度标引也同样是业界难题。为了建设知识产权一站式服务系统，实现对族性化学结构的检索，我们在原来GFL标引语言的基础上开发了一种改进型标引方法。该方法进一步优化了超原子的定义，规范标引词的选择原则和典型结构的标引，使超原子在族性化学结构的标引和检索中发挥更大的作用，因此在提高检索效率和检索便利性的同时，也降低了标引成本。

The generic chemical structure can express succinctly and can realize large protection range, so it is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical patents. But because of the complexity and the variety of generic chemical structure,the existing domestic patent retrieval system is unable to realize its retrieval. Efficient processing and depth of indexing for this kind of information is also the industry's problems. In order to construct one-stop service system of intellectual property, to realize the retrieval of generic chemical structure, we develop a new indexing method on the basis of the original GFL indexing language. The method further optimizes the definition of a super atom, regulates the selection principle of indexing term and the typical structure indexing to make the super atom play a greater role in the indexing and retrieval of generic chemical structure, so the method not only can improve the retrieval efficiency and convenience, but also can reduce the cost of indexing.
