新兴物流管理专业的课程设置需要深入研究其科学性，因子分析与聚类分析是有效的研究方法。通过对广东建设职业技术学院2012届和2013届物流管理专业课程的195名毕业生课程成绩进行因子分析与聚类分析，证明7个公因子(物流基础、国际物流、供应链管理、岗位核心能力实操、经济学基础、办公文秘及综合运用实训)对培养学生专业基础理论知识和专业技能方面，达到了物流管理专业人才培养方案的培养目标。专业课课程体系中课程相关性关系及部分课程关系存在错位，高职院校物流管理专业的课程设置及课程内容应加以改进。

It’s necessary for us to make a further study in scientific setting of curriculum for the emerging logistics management major. In this study, factor and classify analysis is an effective research method. With the research method mentioned, we’ve carried out analysis on course grades of 195 graduates from Logistic management major of Guangdong Vocational Technology Institute during the years from 2012 to 2013. The analysis shows that the targets for the 7 common factors (the Logistics base, International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, practical post core competence, Basis of Economics, office secretary and the integrated use of training) of students’ knowledge and ability training are consistent with the targets for logistics management talent cultivation scheme. However, there are also mismatches between course relativity and part of the courses of professional curriculum system. It is anticipated that the curriculum and course content of logistics management major in higher vocational institutes should be accordingly improved by our analysis.
