目的：观察以针灸疗法结合传统运动功法易筋经治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：根据治疗时间的先后，将2012年5月～2013年9月就诊的病例，以应用针灸疗法加易筋经练习治疗方法为治疗组，以内服筋骨痛消丸药物治疗的作为对照组。结果：治疗组与对照组比较临床疗效有统计学意义（χ2＝7．31，P＜0．01）。结论：针灸疗法加易筋经练习治疗方法治疗肩周炎有较好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰이침구요법결합전통운동공법역근경치료견주염적림상료효。방법：근거치료시간적선후，장2012년5월～2013년9월취진적병례，이응용침구요법가역근경연습치료방법위치료조，이내복근골통소환약물치료적작위대조조。결과：치료조여대조조비교림상료효유통계학의의（χ2＝7．31，P＜0．01）。결론：침구요법가역근경연습치료방법치료견주염유교호적림상료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by combination of acupunc -ture and Yijinjing which is a traditional tendon exercise.Mtehods:The patients from May 2012 to September 2013 were divided into an experimental group and a control group .The patients were treated by acupuncture and Yijinjing exercise in the experimental group,while patients were orally taken Jingu Tongxiao pills in the control group .Results:The Clinical efficacy had a significant difference in the experimental group compared with that in the control group(χ2 =7.31,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and Yijinjing exercise can treat the periarthritis of shoulder more effectively.
