采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法，对湘西南农村中学开展阳光体育运动的情况进行调查研究。针对湘西南农村中学“阳光体育运动”开展存在场地设施缺乏和师资力量不足、内容形式单一、活动时间没有保障的现状，结合“阳光体育运动”的宗旨，提出了“阳光体育运动”在湘西南农村中学开展的新思路。

This article uses the literature material law , interview law , questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method ,conducts the investigation and study to carry out the sun sports situation in Southwest Hunan rural middle school . Aiming at the situation that in rural middle schools of southwest Hunan Province ,“sunshine sports” is lack of site equipment and qualified teachers ,the content and forms are too simple , and activity time is not guaranteed , the essay , combined with the purpose of “sunshine sports” , has proposed new ideas about development of “sunshine sports” in rural middle schools of Southwest Hunan .
